todae was meet the parents day. shall not go into any detail about anything because todae was the worst day ever. let's just say that i did really badly and need to buck up to get into triple sci. in any case...ms lee practically drove me away just because my parents weren't there to talk to her. nice of her isn't it?

but my bro & i met up with my parents at westmall to watch pirates of the caribbean:at world's end! i must say that the movie was really entertaining and rather hilarious. won't give any details about it though. shall not be a spoiler. todae's the opening of that show and i noe loads of ppl haven't watched it yet. so go watch it! i recommend! on second thoughts...maybe not. my dad practically fell asleep half-way through the movie and my bro said it was boring. but wadeva...you decide whether you wanna watch it or not.

so anyway i've decided to spend my holidays watching korean and hong kong dramas on my com. plus that korean movie i bought todae. 'hearty paws' i find the dog on the cd cover very cute!

have to get some money during the holidays. save more money to spend and save 99% of it for my bank account :D though i'm not entirely broke rite now...i'm the kind of person who already feels broke with $75 in my hands. weird rite? haha though that's not how much i have now...i have way way lesser than that. so you see how in need of cash i am in? and i spent $16.90 on the 'hearty paws' movie todae so i'm so in need of more cash!

heyyyy.

haven't been blogging for let's see...a gazillion years. how nice. i'm super lazy so yeah wadeva...so since i haven't been blogging for so super long...i shal...post a super long on about everything that happened since may 2.

okae may 3rd was my b'dae as you've just realised.
was one of the worst ever.
in comparison to last year's maybe it's the 2nd worst.
firstly i practically cried the whole day. how nice. no?
and i cried because of my gran.
she has some kind of weirdo freak cancer and a brain tumour. you tell me how i'm not supposed to be worried. and then when she found out that she got that weirdo freak cancer was got a stroke. on my b'dae. and then my whole b'dae plans of going to jp and getting my b'dae present got ruined. i'm not blaming it on anyone cause it's understandable. when my mom called to tell me my gran got a stroke and my dad was going to bring her to see a doctor...i practically freaked and started crying at the dover mrt station escalator. in front of rach and cleo. [thanks rach & cleo for comforting me that day!] so instead of going to jp we went lot 1. and instead of my dad, mom & bro going...only my mom & bro went. went to sakae sushi. i guess my mom wanted to "compensate" me? my dad wasn't at home the whole day...he only came home at lyk 12.30 in the morning. so yeah. conclusion of my sucky b'dae :D

so went out on may 5th to celebrate my b'dae with cleo, rach, eun, sueann & cherise. i guess it wasn't that bad. went bowling at CDANS starbowl. i didn't bowl though. and their highest score was lyk 261 [beat that liu!] haha but it was a combined score -.- then cabbed to suntec then search the whole place for haagen daz. lol...in the end we didn't eat fondue. cause it was a take-away branch so they didn't have fondue. the guys didn't go in the end. which is a good thing because they probably would have complained haha.

oral on the 7th.
you could say i did rather okae but still not to my expectations...

was in school suffering on 10th may cause i was sick and we were getting back our results. stayed in sch all the way until 4 or 5 something until i finally could go home. slept the moment i came home. until lyk 12.30 then i woke up. [am la not pm] practically missed dinner so when i woke up my dad cooked maggi for me! stayed up cause didn't feel lyk going back to sleep. roamed around the house while everyone was sleeping. i was watching austin powers on tv. haha so super lame rite?

so now for the results...

english: 49/60 [did very well for compo! :D]
chinese: 45/80 [just passed compre x)]
math: 53/60 [terrrrrrrible!]
science: 45/60 [notbad...]
hist: 57/91 [erm...]
lit: 41/75 [die!!!]
dnt: 76/100 [horrible!!!]
looking back...i did quite ok la. though not to my expectations...i didn't study. i mean i did la but nothing went in so it's pointless to study.

11th may was kor's b'dae.

they gave out the marksheets for us to sign that day too

C5 for chinese

i won him for all the main subjects
but he hammered me in the electives

had the study skills wrkshp on the 14th.
learnt quite a long from the whole thing...
wasn't as bad as i expected well it could have been worse.

sec2 excel² camp on the 15th to 18th
wat more can i say about it? it was so fun!!! let's go day by day...

day 1
arrived in sch for attendance taking.
left for dairy farm after a super long wait.
on the bus i swear i thought i was heading home ahha
at dairy farm we trooped to the canteen to wait for the rest of the school to arrive
while waiting we [as in the trainers and us] "competed" with each other
and learned the 'everybody dance now' clap.
i lurved it a lot!
headed to our dorms after that.
dorms = horrible small crammed up little "house"
had objective settings and we got to noe our trainers [aji, lindsay & kenny]
and our group name...TASI!
went back to the canteen for lunch
after lunch we had problem-solving games
it was fun...but not very nice [for those who get what i mean]
then we had the general station or the "low elements"
scaled the wall and did the spiderweb thing
dinner after showering
song session & blind man's trail after that
the song session was very hilarious and fun
but the blind man's trail wasn't that nice.
it was just okay-ishly fun
supper & debrief then went to bed
- day 1 ended -

day 2
did zipline and abseiling
only did zipline cause there wasn't enough time
some lucky ppl got to do both
camp prep ater that then lunch
went to sarimbun scout camp for rafting and rockwall
rafting was okaeokae only but sand got into my eye and hurt lyk crap
i did the rockwall...just to see whether i can do it
on account of my back.
climbed a bit only though
val climbed the highest!
arms and shoulders ached for the whole day after that...
went back to dairy farm after that
had dinner then our night hike
the night hike was super nice cause i got to hear that
night in the dark forest sounds you always hear
lyk insects and animals
it was cool! but have him standing 2 persons behind me
was not cool
and shannon was acting so crazy...

supper and debrief after that
then went to bed after showering
- day 2 ended -

day 3
challenge rope course!
i did 2 out of 3 of the rope courses.
though i didn't get to try out the one i wanted to attempt
but it was still fun!
team-building games was the one i wan't to do most
cause i wanted to do skipping!
the harry potter game was okay...
but i didn't really enjoy it much [i noe he didn't as well]
the skipping one was really fun
the guys did really well!
7 ppl; 12 consecutive skips!
then the whole group had to do it
we did very well as a group too!
21 ppl; 3 consecutive skips!
after lunch was supposed to be our bukit timah hike
but it started raining and thundering
so in the end we ran in the rain to the canteen then to one of the dorms
played human mechanics, splat, fish fish and dumdum clapping game
did somemore camp prep since we had so much time
and got more bonus points from camp chief FARHAN!
haha had our shower [but i didn't since we were going home the next day already]
dinner, then CAMPFIRE!!!
campfire was super nice!
did our performance! i thought we did rather well!
aji did that super funny and lame magic show
and we did all that campfire songs! super nice!
some ppl had the light sticks which was so cool!
supper and debrief after then went to bed
- day 3 ended -

day 4
woke up and packed a little
did our morning stretches at the FFA
then breakfast and was feeling super sick
went back to dorm to pack everything
then carried it all back to FFA
area cleaning job was to wash the campfire pit
felt better during our last debrief
did reflections and evaluations
everyone passed around their camp booklet for autographs
i signed kenny's arm with the marker!
haha and i told him not to wash it off
lol his momento of his first camp.
i ask aji to draw his famous turtle on my hand
it's still there but only left lyk one-third of it
prize presentation we won the 'creative group' award
then went back to sch
grabbed my handphone and iPod
then cabbed home
- day 4 ended -

so here i am
for the past two days
we had e-learning which is so pointless and so not fun
you can't even ask anyone if you don't understand the topic
imagine asking your teacher through email -.-
and i'm super behind my work and todae's the last day!
crab....
can't wait for the holidays to end
i have absoulutely no plans at all.
how nice eh?
sighs...

gonna go to sch tmr to pick up my report book
am i in for a surprise...
i hope i did well but i noe my results already anyway
i just want to noe my ranking!

i'm retarded...i'm supposed to be studying yet i'm here blogging...but it's labour's day todae! you're supposed to relax on labour's day. ah wadeva...

got two papers tmr...science then chinese. crapped up. have yet to rmb the general equations thing. sighs...did rather badly for history in my opinion...didn't finish the paper...27 marks all gone :( sighs...

anyway. bought the PLAY mag yesterday! wuzun! ahhh! kawaii! haha the mag was so super nice. and that day lyk last sat my mom bought me the wuzun 写真 so super nice larh! got so many of wuzun's picture! but v. ex leh... 8buck plus the PLAY mag altogether $12.20 le. haha. but the 写真 is my mom pay one! :D

changed the date for my clelebration to sat le. 5th may! mom said treating go haagen daz or ben&jerry's for ice cream! but the guys not coming i think. cause joshua not going. it's lyk this big cycle. if joshua goes, shannon will go. and if shannon goes, dome will go. so if dome go, liu confirm will go. lol...so cheem haha. so now the end result is none of the guys will go cause joshua not going. so aiya i dunno la. i think i'm going to invite cephas now la. haiyo...the guys arh...dunno how to say them. erm fickle-minded? but it's their lost cause they'll miss out on the free ice cream. so yeah too bad. haha

so yeah going jp this thursday to buy my b'dae pressie :D so if taking train home with rach can take with her all the way haha. ah! can't wait! 2 more days! received my b'dae pressie from jie yesterday! it was a kind of photo frame la. erm dunno noe how to explain or describe. so yeah nvm! (:

so super freaked out about tmr's paper...dunno whether i'll be able to finish. haix...
